Shipping:
Rates are calculated upon checkout. Choose Priority Mail USA Only if you are shipping in the USA and the order is light weight. Otherwise UPS will be cheaper and the method must match your country. If shipping will be more than calculated upon checkout we will email you for approval to adjust the shipping/handling charge or we reserve the right to cancel any order.
Return Policy and Terms of Use:
Returns must have an authorization number from customer service (email - service@carefreestore.com) or call 601-999-9279 during business hours. Unauthorized returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee or returned as not accepted (list the authorization number clearly on the outside of any returns). Shipping charges are not refundable.
CarefreeStore.com will accept returns within 14 days of the shipment date and refund the return shipping costs with a credit to your Credit Card account if the return is necessary as a result of our error (ie. an incorrect or defective item). (Some items are seasonal and non-exchangeable and non-refundable as listed on the item description.
Books are not refundable or returnable.) The credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone or e-mail to make arrangements to exchange the product within 14 days of purchase. Return attempts MUST have the authorization number clearly listed on the outside of your return package. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be in their original packaging. If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately for instructions and replacement of like item. Damaged or broken merchandise must be reported within 10 days. Claims will not be accepted after the 10 day period. Please retain original packaging and documentation for claims with the carrier. Orders returned as unaccepted for any reason will be refunded less shipping/handling and a 15% restocking fee.
In the unlikely event of damage or loss of your package:
Shipments are FOB Picayune, MS (seller fulfills his or her obligation to deliver when the goods have shipped (postage or shipping has been paid). This means that the buyer has to bear all costs and risks to loss of or damage to the goods from that point. Claims for loss or damage must be filed with the shipper (UPS, USPS or FedEx) and resolved based on the shippers response. If a claim is honored and paid by the shipper, we will reship or refund your order at that time.
In the event that your order quantity exceeds what we have on hand, we will adjust your order and ship the available quantity.
Shipping is closed on weekends and holidays.

We screen diligently for fraud. We reserve the right to cancel any orders without further communication.
International Shipping: We now offer shipping to select countries, the current list is available upon checkout. The proper shipping method (International Express or Canadian) MUST be selected to calculate the shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for their countries Customs regulations, import tax, VAT, shippers brokerage fees, customs fees, etc. Contact your countries customs agency and/or the shipping company (UPS generally) to be advised of any fees before placing your order. We do not estimate or collect any fees in advance other than shipping/handling. Orders returned as unaccepted for any reason will be refunded less shipping/handling and a 15% restocking fee.
